We accept all PPO insurance plans. For further questions, please contact our office. We’re happy to answer any concerns regarding your particular insurance. Our staff is committed to helping maximize your insurance benefits. If we have received all of your current insurance information, we will gladly file your claim for you. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only provide coverage estimates and cannot guarantee coverage. Please note that no insurance covers 100 percent of all procedures.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. Please also consider deductibles and co-pays for your child’s visit. You can count on our team to file insurance paperwork for you to ensure that your benefits are maximized and your experience is hassle-free.
No insurance? No problem, we are proud to keep our services affordable and even offer financing options to fit your comfort level. More importantly, we want you and your children to feel comfortable at our office and excited to be part of the Viera Pediatric Dentistry family.
The team at Viera Pediatric Dentistry is committed to providing the best possible care to all of our patients. By discussing various treatment approaches and encouraging you to select the most appropriate plan for your family, we hope to have the opportunity to earn your long-term trust.
Treatment plans will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and you will be informed of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget, while still giving your child the best possible care.
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, all major credit cards, and Care Credit.
Please contact our office regarding your particular insurance plan and we’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Avoid placing your fears on your child – if you are anxious, your child will also be anxious. Be enthusiastic about the appointment to prime your child for a positive experience.
Focus on the positive aspects of the appointment. Talk about the playhouse or TVs on the ceilings. And remind them, for good behavior, patients will be rewarded a prize!
Allow us to talk through the appointment with your child. Our staff has experience using kid-friendly words and phrases that allow us to build trust so we may do our job well.
Let us know your concerns in advance. We will try to accommodate each child, their individual fears and take the time to make them comfortable.
Sometimes a tour of the office is all it takes to help a child feel comfortable in a new environment. Please call us to schedule a time to come in, see the space and meet the team!
